Abstract Marilyn Monroe portrait
I used a picture that I took of a Marilyn Monroe sculpture located at NBC 5 Chicago Tower and Tribune Tower area on Michigan Ave 10 years ago. I cut the Marilyn Monroe sculpture using the pen tool. Use the adjustment layers of Bright+Contrast, Curves (RGB, Red, Green, & Blue) to create a waving curve, and Hue+Stuation. Then copy and paste of the adjustment layer, I use Select Color Range to build up the abstract side with various abstract background textures in 7 different color range layers. After all the color and abstract textures onto the image. For the background, I made abstract hot pink, dark cosmo blue/red/yellow/lime green.
